Trip To Japan

At Narita Airport
Rizuki    : Irassaimase. Welcome to Tokyo, Japan.
Gilang   : Hi, Rizuki-chan. Long time no see, huh?
Elita        : Who is she?
Gilang   : She is my niece. My aunty married Hiro Kashiwagi uncle, whose nationality is Japanese and lived at Tokyo.
Rizuki    : Hai, sou desu. Watashi no namae wa Kashiwagi Rizuki desu. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu. Yes, that’s right. My name is Rizuki Kashiwagi and you call me Rizuki-chan. I’ll be your guide tour here. Nice to meet you.
All           : Nice to meet you, too.
Elda        : My name is Elda Winata
Elita        : And I am Elita Hanum. Wow, your English is really good, not as I expected from a Japanese.
Gilang   : She is used to speaking in English to communicate with our whole family and speaking in Japanese with her family and friends. But she can’t speak in Indonesia. So, just speak in English with her.
All           : Oooh…
Elda        : Emm, where is our hotel to stay? Is it far away from here?
Rizuki    : It is at Four Seasons Hotel, Tokyo. No, it is not too far from here.
Gilang   : Oh, thanks God. I am exhausted and sleepy, I really need some sleeps.
Elita        : That’s right. It’s a very long air journey. More than 10 hours.
Rizuki    : The car which waited us is over there. Follow me…!!
At hotel
Rizuki    : Your suites are already booked, it is on presidential suite. Is it okay?
Elita        : Oh, that’s okay.
Elda        : We’re just check in. Let’s go to our suites.
Gilang   : Wow, I am impress to the hotel’s decoration, and the facility is complete, too.
Rizuki    : Thank’s for your praise, Gilang-kun. See you tomorrow. Good night.

At Tokyo Tower
Rizuki    : So, here is Tokyo Tower. Does anyone know about Tokyo Tower?
Gilang   : Tokyo Tower is the tallest tower in Japan and World. Wow, how high it is!
Elda        : It is also called Tokyo Sky Tree, isn’t it?
Elita        : Aaa, Musashi. What an amazing tower!
Rizuki    : Yes, you are right. With the height of 634 meters or 2.080 ft or called Musashi for 634, it became the tallest structure in Japan. Tokyo Tower or Tokyo Sky Tree is a broadcasting, restaurant, and observation tower in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. Does anyone know what colour it is?
Elda        : White, of course.
Rizuki    : You are nearly right. Anyone?
All           : Emm???
Rizuki    : The exterior lattice is painted a colour officially called "Skytree White". This is an original colour based on a bluish white traditional Japanese colour called aijiro. It also have two illumination patterns Iki (chic, stylish) sky blue and Miyabi (elegance, refinement) purple will be used, alternating daily. The tower is illuminated using LED lights.
Gilang   : How beautiful! Ouch, I am hungry. Can we get some foods?
Elita        : Oh, I want to eat okonomiyaki.
Elda        : How about takoyaki? Sushi? It is already worldwide, and I want to taste the real Japan taste.
Gilang   : How about ramen? Or kare? Like in Naruto anime.
Rizuki    : Wow, wow, calm down. The nearest restaurant here is Ramen. How about it? We can eat, Kare, Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, and Sushi next time.
Elita        : Okay, let’s go! Could you show me the direction?
Rizuki    : Just go ahead until the junction and turn left.
At Restaurant
Gilang   : wow, it is really delicious. My stomach is full. I think I can’t eat again.
Elita        : It is because you eat 2 bowl by yourself. Do you regret it?
Gilang   : No, I am not.
Elda        : It is because the ramen is really delicious, isn’t it? Em, Rizuki-san, how do we say that it is really delicious in Japanese?
Rizuki    : Ah, tottemo oishii desu.
All           : Tottemo oishii desu.
Rizuki    : So, we’re all done eating, right? Let’s go to Akihabara District.
Gilang   : Akihabara? It Is the largest town collecting all kinds of electronic appliances and devices in the world. The products at the very top of technology are always abundantly available there.
Elda        : Oh, you knew it?
Gilang   : Of course, I do really like gadget and other electronic device.
Rizuki    : Here is it. Akihabara Electric Town.
Elita        : Wow, it is really crowded here. I can see so many electronic device’s brand here.
Rizuki    : So, how about we go to Don Quijote? It is more crowded there. We can see many things other than electronic devices like anime merchandise, figure, and Idol. Many Oota  (anime and manga fans) and Wota (Idol fans) gathered here. We can also see AKB48 Theater, where AKB48 members as we call Idols perform everyday, there.
Elita        : Wah, I want to watch some show and buy some souvenirs for my family.
Elda        : I want to buy doraemon merchandise, detective conan merchandise, etc.
Gilang   : I want to buy some anime figure like Naruto and Hatsune Miku. Oh, oh, oh, and some anime DVDs, too.
Rizuki    : Okay, let’s go!
After from Don Quijote
Gilang   : Wow, AKB48 Team B’s show ‘’Pajama Drive’’ was really fun, they’re so energic, cute, and oh my God. Do you believe that Mayu Watanabe or Mayuyu, AKB48’s Queen, gave me a wink during the show. She is so beautiful.
Elda        : Oh, God. Can’t you just repeat that story over and over again. I’m getting tired because you repeat it all over this two hours.
Elita        : Just be as usual. You’re so annoying for about this two hours.
Rizuki    : Hahahahaha, you’re so lucky to have an eyelock and wink from her. She is so famous in Japan.
Gilang   : Rizuki-san, where are we going?
Elita        : Are we going to see cherry blossom tree? Where is it?
Elda        : Wow, cherry blossom tree? I just ever seen it  from picture or the fake form when Chinese New Year.
Rizuki    : Yes, we’re going to see the blooming cherry trees at Shinjuku Gyoen or Shinjuku Park near here.
At Shinjuku Gyoen
Rizuki    : Kirei desu, ne? Beautiful, isn’t it?
Elda        : Wow, how beautiful! I see many people picnicking under the blooming cherry trees, and the Somei Yoshino trees despite their lack of blossoms.
Elita        : Some people are even taking siestas in the shade of the trees.
Gilang   : It is called Hanami, right? The Japanese’s tradition to see and picnic under the blooming cherry trees.
Rizuki    : You are right. Hanami is a spring festival that formed from two words. It is ‘’Hana’’ which means ‘’Flower’’ and ‘’Mi’’ or ‘’Mite’’ which means ‘’See or watch’’. So, Hanami means see flowers.
Elita        : On Japanese song, I heard that the blooming cherry trees indicated the graduation of scholars.
Rizuki    : Yes, the sakura petals is the analogy of scholars.
Elda        : Then, the fallen sakura petals means the time of graduation of scholars.
Gilang   : In Indonesia, the graduation is on May, but in Japan, it is on the end of March or the beginning of April.
Rizuki    : The graduation here is on the same time with the blooming cherry tree. There is a tradition on graduation which the girl asking for the number two button of boy’s uniform. It means the girl asking for the boy’s heart.
Elita        : So, when the boy giving it…
Elda        : He accepted the girl’s feeling on him, right?
Rizuki    : Of course…
Gilang   : Well, it is such a fun trip today. Let’s go back to hotel! I am tired.
Elita        : Sure it is, I am tired, too.
Elda        : Okay, let’s take the train’s next departure. Thanks for your time to guide us on a trip today. We’re all having so much fun. See you tomorrow.
Rizuki    : You’re welcome. See you tomorrow, guys.
